Refill & Refund Policy

Refill

• Standard — no refill.
• Premium — free refill for 30 days after delivery is complete.
• VIP — free refill for 60 days after delivery is complete.

To request a refill, reply to your order email with the order number.

Refunds

• If an order cannot be started, we refund it in full.
• If an order is only partly delivered, we complete it or refund the undelivered part.
• We cannot refund an order after delivery if the account was made private, renamed or deleted, or if the platform removed the engagement because of the account's own activity.
